The Company may transport shipments by air, rail, road, sea, or through any other mode deemed appropriate. Selection of transportation mode shall remain solely at the Company's discretion.
The booking receipt, airway bill, consignment note, shipping label, invoice, electronic booking confirmation, and these Terms collectively constitute the contract between the consignor and the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses arising from shipment delays, interruptions, loss of profits, or commercial damages.
All airway bills, shipping labels, consignment notes, and transport documents issued by the Company are non-negotiable documents and do not constitute documents of title.
Booking, handing over, dispatching, tracking, or accepting delivery of any shipment constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the consignor and consignee.
Shipments are not automatically insured unless expressly stated. Customers may obtain separate transit insurance at additional charges. The Company shall not be responsible for uninsured losses beyond the applicable limitation of liability.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to the arbitration provisions contained herein, the Courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
The consignor shall provide all documents, permits, licenses, declarations, invoices, e-way bills, customs documents, and other records required under applicable laws. The Company shall not be responsible for delays arising from incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Any customs duties, taxes, cess, GST, penalties, storage charges, demurrage, government levies, or statutory payments shall be borne by the consignor, consignee, or person responsible for the shipment.
The Company may engage subcontractors, franchisees, carriers, airlines, transporters, agents, warehouses, and third-party service providers for execution of services.
The Company shall have a general and particular lien over shipments for unpaid charges, duties, taxes, storage charges, penalties, or any other sums due.
All claims relating to loss, damage, shortage, or delay must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days of delivery or expected delivery date, along with supporting evidence. Failure to notify within the prescribed period may result in rejection of the claim.
Freight charges shall be calculated based on actual weight or volumetric weight, whichever is higher, as determined by the Company.
The Company may charge additional fees for handling shipments requiring special valuation, declaration, security measures, or high-value transportation arrangements.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other taxes shall be charged in accordance with prevailing laws. Customers shall provide accurate GST information wherever applicable.
